Exclusions: Discounts do not apply to concrete supply/materials (ready-mix, additives, fiber, rebar/mesh, gravel, insulation, poly, etc.), pump trucks/line pumps, equipment rentals, hauling/disposal, mobilization/demobilization, permits/engineering/testing, third-party costs, or any items not specifically shown as discounted on the written quote.

Changes to scope: Discount applies to the original quoted scope only. Extras, revisions, delays, or added work are billed at standard rates via change order.

Scheduling: Dates are first come, first served. Target dates are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing. Weather and site conditions may affect schedule.
